The GPA Credit Union will be closed until further notice. We hope to be back open on Wednesday, September 13, 2017.

If you think your debit card has been blocked while you are out of town, you can contact the fraud department at 1-866-842-5208. However, do not call them for anything other than fraud or blocked cards. They do not have any other information that they are able to give to you. They should be able to verify with you that transactions done on the account are legitimate or fraudulent and either reopen the card or close it due to fraud.
Lost or Stolen Debit Card
If the GPA Credit Union is closed and you have lost your debit card or it was stolen you can call 1-800-264-5578 to hot card it until the credit union reopens. You will still need to contact us at the credit union to order a new card.
Please only use the above number for lost or stolen cards. They are unable to help with anything other than that.
If you feel that there is anything fraudulent on your account, you will need to call the credit union during normal business hours. Our business hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. We are closed on Wednesday and weekends. You can leave a voice mail or email us at email@example.com to let us know that you feel you have fraud on the account.
Christmas Club Accounts
You may open or update your Christmas Club Account for 2017 at anytime.
Christmas club accounts for 2017 began the first pay period of November 2016. You may pick up a Christmas club application at the credit union or print it on our "Forms" page.
New Debit Cards
If you do not currently have a debit card, but would like one, please contact our office and we will be glad to order it for you.
If you do currently have a debit card, you should have received a new EMV card with the chip in it by now. If you have not received a card with the chip in it please contact our office so that we can order you a new card. This will not stop your current card until you receive and activate the new card.
Your Mastercard debit card is live, meaning that when you do a transaction it should hit your account immediately. There will be no more waiting until late Monday for weekend transactions to clear your account.
If you have only a savings account and you go to the ATM you will need to press checking, ONLY at the ATM. If you call into audio response it will still be listed as savings. This is so that you may do up to 6 Point of Sale (at the merchant) transactions per month. If you wish to only have access at the ATM and no access at the merchant (again this does not apply if you have a checking account with GPA CU), please contact our office during normal business hours to have that corrected.
